Operations: Supervise daily food prep, cooking processes, workflow, and ensure timely meal delivery.
Staff Management: Schedule, motivate, and manage kitchen staff
Inventory & Ordering: Monitor stock, order supplies/ingredients, manage deliveries, and control food costs.
Quality & Standards: Ensure consistent food quality, portion control, presentation, and adherence to recipes.
Health & Safety: Enforce all hygiene, sanitation, and safety regulations
Maintenance: Oversee kitchen cleanliness, organization, and equipment upkeep.
Skills
Good leadership, organisation and communication skills as well as culinary experience.
