We are looking for an experienced and motivated

Fast Food Restaurant Manager

to take responsibility for the day-to-day running of our store. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is driven by results.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing, training, and motivating staff to deliver excellent customer service Overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant Ensuring food quality, hygiene, and health & safety standards are consistently met Developing and introducing new menu ideas Driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency Managing stock levels, ordering, and waste control Monitoring performance targets and implementing strategies to achieve them
The Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience in a fast food or hospitality management role Strong leadership and people management skills Commercially minded with a focus on increasing sales and efficiency Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment Passion for food, customer service, and continuous improvement
