We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive culinary expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a Kitchen Manager, you will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation are maintained consistently.
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the entire kitchen team, fostering a positive and productive working environment.
Oversee food production processes, ensuring dishes meet quality standards and are prepared efficiently.
Have a good knowledge of special diets for our service users and dietary levels
Manage food safety protocols in compliance with health regulations and industry best practices.
Coordinate food preparation and cooking activities to ensure timely service.
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control food costs to optimise operational efficiency.
Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff to promote professional development and maintain high standards.
Ensure cleanliness, organisation, and safety within the kitchen environment at all times.
Experience
Proven supervisory experience within a busy kitchen environment.
Extensive background in food production, cooking, and food preparation.
Able to demonstrable team management skills.
Solid experience in food safety standards and compliance.
Strong leadership qualities combined with excellent communication skills to motivate staff.

Pay: Up to 14.20 per hour
