We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Member to join our vibrant kitchen team. You will contribute to the preparation and presentation of high-quality meals while ensuring that food safety standards are met. Duties
Assist in meal preparation and food preparation tasks, ensuring all ingredients are ready for cooking.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including proper storage of food items.
Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
Kitchen porter tasks to include Pot Washing
Experience
Previous experience in a kitchen environment or restaurant is highly desirable.
Familiarity with culinary techniques and meal preparation processes.
Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
A passion for cooking and a willingness to learn new skills within the culinary field.
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to thrive in a busy atmosphere.
Additional hours may be available for a candidate interested in Front of House roles
