Job Description
The Potted Lobster, Abersoch, is a high end casual dining seafood restaurant. We launched in June 2021 to rave reviews and have developed a reputation as one of the area's best restaurants. We have recently been awared two AA rosettes for the second year running.
We're looking for outstanding bartenders to join our team. We believe in creating a positive working environment where people can be themselves, learn, grow and continuously develop their skills. We will be open all year round so the positions we're offering are full time and permanent. Seasonal roles are also available.
The Potted Lobster is known not just for excellent food but the quality of its drinks offering. We're very proud of our wine list and our cocktails are crafted with care and skill. Ideally, the ideal candidate will have cocktail experience.
Duties
- Assist with food preparation and cooking as needed
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchenware
- Organize and store food supplies and ingredients
- Empty bins and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area
- Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen
Requirements
:- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
The Kitchen Porter position is an important role in our hospitality establishment. As a Kitchen Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area, and ensuring that all equipment and utensils are properly cleaned and sanitized. This role requires someone who is reliable, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
