We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic

Kitchen Porter

to join our energetic kitchen team. This role is essential in keeping the kitchen running efficiently by supporting our chefs and culinary staff. It's a great opportunity for anyone interested in gaining hands-on experience in the hospitality or culinary industry, particularly in a restaurant or hotel setting.

Key Responsibilities

Assist chefs and cooks with basic food preparation tasks. Keep the kitchen clean and well-organised, including washing dishes, utensils, pots, and pans. Clean and properly store kitchen equipment after use. Help receive and store food deliveries and ingredients. Provide support to the kitchen team during busy service times. Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Take part in scheduled deep-cleaning tasks to uphold hygiene standards.

Experience & Skills

Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality role is helpful but not required -- we welcome enthusiastic learners. An interest in food preparation or culinary arts is a plus. Ability to stay focused and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 15 per week
