Key Responsibilities
Assist chefs and cooks with basic food preparation tasks.
Keep the kitchen clean and well-organised, including washing dishes, utensils, pots, and pans.
Clean and properly store kitchen equipment after use.
Help receive and store food deliveries and ingredients.
Provide support to the kitchen team during busy service times.
Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Take part in scheduled deep-cleaning tasks to uphold hygiene standards.
Experience & Skills
Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality role is helpful but not required -- we welcome enthusiastic learners.
An interest in food preparation or culinary arts is a plus.
Ability to stay focused and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
