Duties
Assist with food preparation tasks as directed by the culinary team, ensuring high standards of hygiene and safety are maintained.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, pots, and pans.
Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use.
Help with the delivery and storage of food supplies, ensuring stock levels are monitored and replenished as necessary.
Support chefs and cooks during busy service periods by providing additional assistance as required.
Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all staff.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
