to support our talented kitchen brigade.

The Role:

As a Kitchen Porter, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our kitchens. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a luxury hospitality environment and be part of a passionate, fast-paced team.

Key Responsibilities:

Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment to high standards Ensuring cleanliness of all kitchen and back-of-house areas Assisting chefs with basic food preparation tasks, when required Receiving and storing deliveries safely and efficiently Supporting the kitchen team in maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene Managing waste and recycling procedures

About You:

A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy environment A team player with a positive and proactive attitude Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Previous experience is beneficial but not essential - full training will be provided
