Kitchen Porters
to join our back-of-house team.
Role Overview
As a Kitchen Porter, you'll play a vital role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly. You'll be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, supporting chefs with basic food prep, and ensuring that hygiene and safety standards are met at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
Keep all kitchen areas clean, tidy, and sanitised
Assist chefs with basic food preparation when required
Unpack and store deliveries correctly
Empty bins and manage waste disposal safely
Follow food safety and health & safety procedures
Support the kitchen team during busy service periods
Requirements
No previous experience required - full training provided
Good level of physical fitness - role involves standing, lifting, and fast-paced work
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Team player with a positive attitude
Willingness to learn and take instruction
Understanding of basic food hygiene (training can be provided)
