Mount Royal Hotel Edinburgh by the Unlimited Collection is seeking a charming and engaging

Kitchen Porter

with a passion for service excellence. You will report to the Head Chef, supporting/working towards providing our guests with memorable experiences of the city.



The

Kitchen Porter

will:


Be responsible for cleaning and tidying up designated areas of the kitchen efficiently and professionally to high standards, using the appropriate cleaning materials provided Provide exceptional service by demonstrating full knowledge of our products and facilities Ensure planning and preparation for service is completed in a prompt and efficient manner Work collaboratively with your colleagues to deliver captivating experiences

To be successful in the role of

, we require:


Excellent organisation skills An ability to bring the guest experience to life throughout the hotel The ability to communicate and organize yourself in line with different guest expectations A good command of English is essential, a second language is advantageous
