Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Porter to join our team at Grosvenor Pubs & Inns. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the kitchen's cleanliness and organization, supporting our chefs in delivering high-quality dishes that reflect our commitment to excellence in hospitality.

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas. Assist chefs with food preparation tasks as needed. Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and sanitized regularly. Manage waste disposal and recycling in accordance with health regulations. Support the team during busy service periods by helping with various kitchen tasks. Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential. Strong understanding of food hygiene practices. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. A positive attitude and willingness to learn. Good level of fitness due to long duration on your feet

Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour
