Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Porter to join our team at Pure Leisure Group, located in one of our beautiful holiday parks. This role is vital to ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently, contributing to our mission of delivering unforgettable holiday experiences.

Responsibilities

Assist with food preparation and ensure all kitchen areas are clean and organized. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and utensils. Support chefs during busy service periods by bussing tables and assisting with food service. Follow health and safety regulations regarding food handling and cleanliness. Help with inventory management by keeping track of supplies and reporting shortages. Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a positive work environment. Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge. Uphold the high standards of Pure Leisure Group's culinary offerings.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter or in a similar role is preferred. Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
