The role -- what you'll do

Run the pot wash area and keep all kitchen equipment, crockery and cutlery sparkling clean. Assist chefs with basic prep, stock rotation and organisation. Follow hygiene and sanitation procedures, ensuring health and safety standards are met. Help with waste management and recycling, keeping the kitchen spotless. Support the kitchen brigade during busy services with a positive attitude.

What you bring

A reliable, hardworking attitude and a willingness to learn. Previous experience in a professional kitchen is a plus but not essential. Ability to work quickly and safely under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Strong team player with good communication skills.
