About the Role

As a Kitchen Porter at Gretna Green Ltd, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our kitchen. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a clean and organised environment, supporting the kitchen team by washing and storing equipment, and assisting with basic food preparation tasks. You'll be a key part of upholding our high standards of hygiene, safety, and efficiency, contributing to an exceptional experience for our guests and staff alike. Main Responsibilities:

Assist in the smooth running of our kitchen operations. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all kitchen areas. Wash and organize kitchen utensils, dishes, and equipment. Support the kitchen team with basic food preparation as needed. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
