Responsibilities

Assist with food preparation tasks, ensuring all ingredients are ready for cooking. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and utensils. Support chefs and kitchen staff during service by providing assistance as needed. Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored correctly after use. Adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Help with inventory management by restocking supplies as necessary. Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of kitchen operations.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is preferred. A basic understanding of food preparation and cooking techniques is beneficial. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service.
