Salary: 9.50-10.50 per hour

Here at The Mole Resort we operate a fantastic resort set in acres of beautiful Devon countryside, jam-packed with delicious food and drink and a whole lot of exciting activities


Your role is to support the kitchen operations by cleaning equipment and areas, adhering to safety regulations and guidance. To provide a speedy and efficient support service to front of house areas making sure equipment is cleaned to a high standard and readily available.


What will I be doing?


As a Kitchen Porter at The Mole, you will perform tasks and follow instructions given to you by a Senior Chef, to ensure a clean and hygienic kitchen. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

To assist in maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen. To maintain cleaning records To comply with Health and Safety regulations, including COSHH regs. To support the chefs on a daily basis in the collection of stock. To keep storage areas in a clean and hygienic manner, reducing wastage where possible. To undertake any training as required by your manager, To keep waste areas clean and tidy. Complete any training as required to carry out your role
