Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, pots, and pans. Assist with food preparation tasks as directed by chefs and kitchen staff. Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use. Help with the delivery and storage of food supplies and ingredients. Support chefs during busy service periods by providing assistance where needed. Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the kitchen management.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential. A keen interest in culinary practices and food preparation. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. A positive attitude and willingness to learn from experienced chefs. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
