Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, pots, and pans. Assist with food preparation tasks as directed by chefs and cooks. Help maintain stock levels of kitchen supplies and ingredients. Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use. Support the culinary team during busy service periods by providing assistance where needed. Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment at all times. Participate in regular cleaning schedules, including deep cleaning tasks as required.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen is advantageous but not essential; we welcome those eager to learn. A basic understanding of food preparation techniques is beneficial. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment. A proactive attitude with a willingness to assist others in a fast-paced setting. An interest in pursuing a career in the culinary or hospitality industry is desirable.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Temporary

Pay: 10.00-13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 48 per week
