Job Description

Hours: max 20 hours part time

Salary: 12.21 - 12.50 DOE + Company Pension

Daily Responsibilities:

Unloading deliveries and organizing the storeroom
Collecting and washing pots, pans, plates, cutlery and ensuring a quick turnaround for throughout service
Cleaning and disinfecting kitchen appliances, work surfaces, floors and walls
General upkeep of the Restaurant's outside areas
Responsible for storing kitchen equipment appropriately
Removing and recycling waste from the kitchen and outside areas
Basic food preparation skills such as vegetable preparation
Understanding of kitchen equipment and cleaning kitchen equipment
Understanding of best practice when cleaning kitchen areas and surfaces
Knowledge of kitchen health and safety
Knowledge of food hygiene practices
