Hot Stone is an Award-winning Japanese Restaurant. One of only 9 restaurants in whole UK to serve certified Kobe beef, widely considered one of the best beefs in the world.

We are also one of very few restaurants to serve fresh Japanese wasabi that is freshly grated before sent to the guests. Hot Stone have two sister restaurants - Kibako and RAI A growing company with new interesting projects coming soon!

Duties and expectation:

Kitchen Porter with previous experience Washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment Cleaning food preparation areas and kitchen surfaces Emptying trash cans and disposing of waste Assisting with basic food preparation tasks Supporting kitchen staff as needed
