Job Description

Marlin operates a collection of lifestyle hotels, aparthotels & serviced apartments across the capital cities of London and Dublin. We have an exciting opportunity for a Kitchen Porter to join the team. This role is essential in supporting our culinary operations and ensuring a clean and efficient kitchen environment, contributing to our commitment to exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area. Assist with food preparation tasks as directed by chefs. Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and sanitised regularly. Support the culinary team during busy service periods. Manage waste disposal and recycling processes. Help with inventory management by organising supplies. Follow health and safety regulations at all times. Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

Previous kitchen or restaurant experience preferred. Strong understanding of food safety practices. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed. A passion for hospitality and customer service.
