Responsibilities
Assist with food preparation tasks Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen equipment and utensils. Ensure all dishes, pots, and pans are cleaned and sanitised promptly. Support chefs during service by preparing ingredients and assisting with cooking as required. Help with the storage of food items in accordance with health and safety regulations. Dispose of waste appropriately and maintain a tidy work area throughout the shift. Adhere to all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Skills
Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is advantageous. Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. A keen interest in hospitality is desirable. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From 12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
