What We're Looking For:

About the Kitchen Porter role;

Ensure that cutlery, crockery, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils are kept clean and hygienic at all times The ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding role To work efficiently and to keep within time frames Ensure bins are used for the correct waste, supporting recycling and promoting good waste management Working safely by following HACCP and Food Hygiene regulations To assist the chefs with essential food preparation as required, including peeling and chopping vegetables

Hours of work:

This is a full time role working 40 hours per week Straight shifts - no split shifts!

Working either, or a combination of, the following shifts:


7.30am - 4.00pm


12.30pm - 9.00pm


3.00pm - 11.30pm


Working 5 days out of 7 which could include working weekends and bank holidays on a rotational basis.
