The successful candidate will be dynamic; capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team, exhibit strong organisational skills, remain calm under pressure and be able to manage multiple tasks whilst maintaining a proactive and positive attitude.
Candidates should have proven experience in a restaurant of similar size. Weekend availability is essential as we operate Thursday - Sunday. You must be a 'people person' who enjoys building relationships. It is essential that all our employees are friendly and approachable as we have an open kitchen and intimate dining room.

While previous experience in hospitality is preferred, it is not mandatory.
A successful candidate will be tasked with the following responsibilities:
Providing support to the Owners, Chefs, and General Manager during their shifts.
Monitoring kitchen equipment and reporting any issues to supervisors as needed.
Aiding in the upkeep of kitchen and food hygiene standards by ensuring food preparation areas are kept clean and sanitary.
Washing utensils and dishes, ensuring they are stored properly.
Cleaning food preparation equipment, ovens, pans, and other tools.
Maintaining cleanliness of the floors and disposing of waste properly.
Receiving food deliveries, storing them appropriately, checking sell-by dates, and rotating stock.
Ensuring clear communication between the kitchen and front-of-house staff.
Assisting the Head Chef with basic preparation tasks, such as peeling and chopping vegetables.
Completing checklists to adhere to due diligence requirements.
