Summary

We are seeking a Kitchen Porter to join our dynamic team at The Genuine Dining Co. Located in central London, this role is vital for maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment, supporting our culinary team in delivering high-quality food service.

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas. Assist chefs with food preparation tasks as needed. Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently. Help with inventory management by receiving and storing deliveries properly. Support the culinary team during busy service periods to ensure smooth operations. Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not essential. Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and take direction. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment as part of a team. Good communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
