Responsibilities:

Keep the kitchen clean, hygienic, and organised Support the kitchen staff in food preparation and service Follow health and safety guidelines and procedures Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation Manage inventory and storage of food and kitchen supplies
Requirements:

Previous experience in a kitchen porter role or a related field Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to kitchen operations Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment Good communication and interpersonal skills Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
