Job Description

Oundle School is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Kitchen Porter to provide a catering service of the highest standards for pupils, staff and visitors within the school.

The Kitchen Porter will be required to do basic food preparation and to ensure the department delivers the required level of service and food at all times.

Working 80 hours over a two week rota, average 40 hours per week, shifts will either be 6:30am to 15:30pm or 12:00pm to 20:30pm.


- Working weeks:

This role is to work term time which is 36.4 weeks per annum (paid for 40.79 weeks, to include entitlement to holiday pay).

- Salary:

25,396 FTE (19,921 pro rata)


THE SCHOOL





Oundle and Laxton Junior Schools have long been associated with the very best of modern independent education, especially boarding. The town has a spirited cultural life, with an annual international festival, literature festival, and frequent performances of nationally touring shows at the School's Stahl Theatre.
