Swarna Spice ltd, Unit 1&2 Food and Drinks Park, 1 Islay Place. PH13FU, Perth trading as www.praveenkumar.com, is recruiting an Experienced Kitchen Assistant to perform all washing and cleaning in our kitchen.

Must have 1 year of working experience in a busy Kitchen.

This is a permanent & full-time job. 36 hours a week, including weekends.*

Kitchen Assistant

responsibilities of storing washed dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment. You should also be able to assist them to pick and packing the team to move products to the store. Cleaning and sanitizing all meal preparation areas as well as kitchen walls, stoves, sinks, ovens, and grills. Sweeping and mopping all kitchen areas during shifts and at the end of shifts. Washing dirty dishes, cutting boards, utensils, and cooking equipment.
Ensuring that food mixers, cookers, and other cooking equipment are in good working order.

Receiving and unpacking all deliveries. Emptying, relining, and washing waste bins as required. Ensuring that refrigerators, freezers, and storage areas are clean and well-organized. Assisting the Chef with basic food preparation, which includes washing, peeling, and cutting meal ingredients as per the Chef's instructions.
