Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen, including washing dishes, pots, and pans. Support chefs during service by providing necessary utensils and ingredients. Keep kitchen equipment and work areas clean and organised. Assist with inventory management, including receiving deliveries and storing supplies appropriately. Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen is preferred but not essential. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and basic cooking skills is advantageous. A background in hospitality or culinary settings will be beneficial. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure are essential.
