Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Porter to join our dynamic team at Gochu Ltd. Located in a vibrant setting, this role is essential for maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen operations, contributing to the overall dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area. Assist chefs with food preparation tasks as needed. Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly and efficiently. Ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are met. Help with inventory management by organizing supplies and ingredients. Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.

Requirements

Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential. Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and grow in the culinary field. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills and teamwork orientation. A passion for food and hospitality.
