Responsibilities

Assist with food preparation tasks as directed by the culinary team. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, pots, and pans. Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use. Help with the delivery and storage of food supplies and ingredients. Support chefs and cooks during busy service periods by providing necessary assistance. Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Participate in regular cleaning schedules to ensure compliance with hygiene standards.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is advantageous but not essential. A keen interest in culinary arts and food preparation. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a busy kitchen environment. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as required. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 30 per week
