Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our friendly team here in the kitchen at Sella Park Country House Hotel as a Kitchen Porter, full training will be given

Must be able to reliably commute to the hotel as NO LIVE IN accommodation is provided with this position



Duties



Assist with food preparation tasks, including washing, peeling, and chopping ingredients as directed by the chefs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, pots, and pans. Ensure that all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use. Help with the delivery of supplies and ingredients to the kitchen as needed. Support chefs during busy service periods by providing assistance where required. Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Participate in regular cleaning schedules to ensure compliance with hygiene standards.
