We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Porter to join the team at Seventy Five at Liberty, located in one of London's most iconic department stores. Our restaurant showcases modern British cuisine with a focus on sustainability and local suppliers, offering a lively and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a key role in supporting the kitchen team by ensuring the workspace remains clean, organised, and efficient. This is a great opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen and develop your skills within a supportive team.

Responsibilities

Wash and sanitise dishes, pots, pans, and utensils quickly and efficiently Keep kitchen areas clean and organised, including work surfaces, floors, and storage spaces Assist with receiving and storing deliveries, ensuring correct stock rotation Support chefs with basic food preparation when required Manage waste and recycling in line with company guidelines Clean and maintain kitchen equipment to a high standard Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment Work efficiently and remain calm under pressure during busy service times

About You

Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter or in a similar role is an advantage but not essential Strong work ethic and a positive attitude Good organisational skills and ability to manage tasks efficiently A team player with a collaborative approach Flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends, and busy service periods High attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene
