Duties

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, pots, and pans. Assist with food preparation tasks as directed by chefs or cooks. Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use. Help with the delivery and storage of food supplies and ingredients. Support chefs during busy service periods by providing assistance where needed. Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment at all times. Participate in regular cleaning schedules to maintain high hygiene standards.

Skills

Previous experience in a kitchen environment is advantageous but not essential; a willingness to learn is key. Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
