Stockport County Football Club is looking for a casual Kitchen Porter to join their Food & Beverage Team.

Job Role:

Guarantee quality and consistency of both preparation and cleaning.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Maintaining cleanliness, safety and organisation of the kitchen.

Assist the Head Chef in the food preparation process ensuring high quality.

Ensure all product preparation is completed to standard to ensure recipe potential is achieved.

Ensure cleanliness of all working utensils and equipment, ensuring they are maintained to maximize life span to operate to full capacity.

Complete quality preparation of all duties to clean, set up, handover and close kitchen to standard.

Receive daily produce deliveries and checking of quality.

Ensure all health and safety requirements are adhered to.

Experience and skills

The ideal candidate will:

Have a minimum of a years' experience in a similar role.

Level 1 Food Safety Awards

Awareness of manual handling techniques

Awareness of Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations (COSHH) and chemical safety.

Have excellent customer service and communication skills.

Experience working with Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel and Word.
