Kitchen Porter
Our kitchen porters are a pivotal support role in the kitchen, as they ensure that the Chefs are set up for success and that the overall space remains clean and tidy. For our guests the kitchen porters ensure that every piece of crockery and meal presentation equipment is sparklingly clean and available when needed. This is a varied role with development of cooking and food preparation skills available.

Knoll House is located in Studland, Dorset, renowned for being one the most dramatic and sensitive landscapes in the UK. With a fascinating history and originally built as a summer house for the Banks family, Knoll was first operated as a hotel in 1939 and was an instant success.
The hotel has 70 rooms, together with a full-service bar and restaurant and a whole host of other family friendly facilities including a pool, cinema room and outdoor play areas which make a stay at Knoll full of memories that last a lifetime.
