We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our vibrant kitchen team. As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen by maintaining cleanliness and assisting with food preparation. Duties

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, pots, and pans Assist chefs with food preparation tasks, including chopping vegetables and preparing ingredients Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use Support the cooking team during busy service periods by providing timely assistance Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment

Experience

Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred, but not essential Familiarity with food preparation techniques and basic cooking skills is advantageous Experience in restaurants, hotels, or other hospitality settings will be beneficial A passion for culinary arts and a willingness to learn are essential traits for this role Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
