We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Kitchen Porter with a background in exceptional food catering services to join our business and work at one of our highly prestigious education settings.

Work Schedule: 12:00 - 16:00 Monday - Friday (Term time plus 5 weeks in the summer)
As a Kitchen Porter you will...
Dishwashing -
Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment either by hand or using industrial dishwashers
Kitchen Cleanliness -
Clean and sanitise kitchen surfaces, countertops, and food preparation areas. Empty rubbish bins and ensure proper disposal of waste materials
Food Preparation -
Assist chefs and cooks with basic food preparation tasks, such as peeling, chopping, and slicing ingredients
Inventory Management -
Assist in receiving, storing, and organising kitchen supplies and ingredients
Compliance with Health and safety -
maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen ensuring equipment is in good working order
Qualifications
Ideally have experience working within Education catering
Have good Health & Safety knowledge.
Flexible with a can-do attitude, customer focused.
Fun and enthusiastic
Have excellent organization skills.
Demonstrate great attention to detail.
Be a team player and enjoy succeeding as a team.
Possess great customer service skills.
Have a flexible approach to work.
