Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our 3-star hotel client's dynamic culinary team.
Responsibilities
Assist in food preparation tasks, including washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas by following proper sanitation practices. Support cooking staff during meal service by bussing tables and ensuring timely delivery of food items. Participate in cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste. Help with banquet setups and breakdowns as needed for special events. Follow all food handling guidelines to ensure safety and quality standards are met. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak hours.
Requirements
Previous kitchen experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with food service operations and catering is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong attention to detail with excellent cleaning and organizational skills. Must be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: 12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 20 per week
