Hours

- Wednesday - Sunday, a mixture of split, daytime and evening shifts, seasonal position.

We are a multi-award winning family-run restaurant and oyster farm situated overlooking the fleet lagoon. We are proud to serve fresh and locally landed seafood & produce, with a relaxed approach to service. We are busy and hard working, but enstil a friendly and positive working environment, with a beautiful view of Chesil Beach.

After 15 years, our current kitchen porter is semi-retiring, so we are looking for a Kitchen Porter to join our award-winning team. As a kitchen porter, you become an integral part of our kitchen team, working closely and supporting our chefs throughout service. Your primary responsibilities will be washing up duties, following cleaning procedures, and managing cleaning chemical stock.

Previous kitchen porter experience would be advantageous as we are a bustling and fast-paced kitchen. We require candidates to posses a willingness to learn, a great attitude and a strong work ethic!
