We are looking for a hardworking, friendly, hands on individual with a positive attitude to join our team at Whitehorse Seafood and Oyster bar on the Royal Mile as part time KP.

Responsibilities:
Keep all kitchen work surfaces clean and sanitized
Wash cookware, utensils and cutlery fast to keep them in rotation
Supporting the Chef in basic food preparation like cutting ingredients, peeling and washing food items
Organise the recycling for collection days
All positions receive a share of the service charge and start at NMW age dependant 10.42-11.44 per hour. Shifts/ hours of work can be flexible to suit employee needs.
