We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Porter to join our dynamic kitchen team. Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, pots, and pans. Assist chefs and cooks with food preparation tasks as needed. Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use. Remove waste and keep the kitchen tidy throughout service periods. Support the culinary team by restocking supplies and ingredients as required. Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Assist with basic cooking tasks under the supervision of experienced chefs when necessary.

Requirements

Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is advantageous but not essential. A keen interest in culinary practices and food preparation. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to help others in the kitchen. Excellent time management skills to assist with various tasks during busy service periods. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
