Hotel and Conference Center with 163 bedrooms, 10 meeting rooms, Open Lobby Bar & Restaurant

Operating and cleaning a large commercial dishwasher Temperature checking of food deliveries Checking in deliveries and putting away Correct storage of all food deliveries Sweeping & mopping floors Emptying waste bins Cleaning and sanitising work areas to the required standard Deep cleaning of equipment, food preparation areas, fridges and freezers Maintaining a standard expected of a four star hotel kitchen with a 5 Food Rating

Ensuring the highest standard of hygiene & cleanliness to ensure safe food preparation, by adhering to the Hotels Health & Safety and Food Policies

Days and hours to suit the business including weekends and bank holidays, we operate a rota system so flexibility is a must

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, have an eye for detail, be able to use their own initiative and work on their own, have the ability to work under pressure with a positive can do attitude and like cleaning

Food & Health & Safety training will be provided online

Meals on duty, uniform and a range of other staff benefits are offered
