We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Porter to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced hospitality environment. The Kitchen Porter will play a vital role in supporting our culinary team by ensuring that the kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently. English is not required

Responsibilities

Assist with food preparation tasks as directed by chefs and cooks. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, pots, and pans. Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use. Help with the delivery and storage of food supplies and ingredients. Support the culinary team during busy service periods by providing assistance where needed. Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Participate in regular cleaning schedules to ensure compliance with hygiene standards.

Experience

Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential. A keen interest in culinary practices and food preparation is highly desirable. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced setting. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are crucial for maintaining cleanliness and efficiency. A willingness to learn and take direction from experienced kitchen staff is essential.
