We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced culinary environment. Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area, including washing dishes, pots, and pans. Assist with food preparation tasks as directed by chefs and cooks. Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored correctly after use. Help with the organisation of kitchen supplies and ingredients to ensure efficient workflow. Support chefs during busy service times by providing assistance as needed. Dispose of waste appropriately and maintain a tidy work environment. Follow all health and safety regulations within the kitchen.

Requirements

Previous experience in a similar role within a restaurant or hotel setting is advantageous but not essential. A keen interest in culinary arts and hospitality is preferred. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
