Our facilities include an 18-hole golf course, driving range, bar, restaurant and conference facilities. We have a fantastic team of greenkeepers, golf professionals, catering staff and office workers, who all cherish and care for the business as their own.

The Role

We are seeking a hard-working Kitchen Porter to join our catering team. Do you enjoy the buzz of a busy kitchen? Do you aspire to be a trainee chef? Or maybe you just want to earn some money in a gap year? This is a full-time role with flexible hours.

What You'll Do

Cleaning & Sanitation:

Washing dishes, pots, pans, and cooking equipment, sweeping and mopping floors, sanitising work surfaces and appliances, and keeping storage areas and refrigerators tidy.

Waste Management:

Emptying and relining bins, and managing recycling.

Food Preparation Support:

Assisting with basic tasks such as peeling, washing, and chopping vegetables under the chef's instruction.

Deliveries & Storage:

Receiving and unpacking deliveries, and organising stored items.

Health & Safety:

Maintaining high standards of hygiene and complying with health and safety regulations.

Equipment Maintenance:

Ensuring kitchen equipment is clean, functional, and properly stored.
