Kitchen Porter / Assistant

to help keep our kitchen running smoothly and support our chefs in delivering an outstanding dining experience.

Your Responsibilities

As a Kitchen Porter / Assistant, you'll play a key role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and organisation in our kitchen. Your main duties will include:

Washing dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment efficiently and to a high standard Ensuring all kitchen areas are kept clean, tidy, and hygienic at all times Assisting chefs with basic food preparation when required Unloading deliveries and correctly storing food and kitchen supplies Managing waste and recycling in accordance with our sustainability practices Supporting the kitchen team during busy service periods Complying with all health and safety and food hygiene regulations

What We're Looking For

A positive attitude and strong work ethic The ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen environment A team player who takes pride in their work Good communication skills and attention to detail Previous kitchen experience is beneficial but not essential -- full training will be provided

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.50-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 15 per week
