Duties

Assist with food preparation tasks, ensuring ingredients are ready for cooking. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including washing dishes, pots, and pans. Support chefs during service by keeping the kitchen stocked with necessary supplies. Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use. Adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Assist in basic cooking tasks as required, under the guidance of senior kitchen staff. Help with serving food during busy periods, providing excellent hospitality to guests.
