Responsibilities

Assist in food preparation, ensuring all ingredients are ready for cooking and service. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including washing dishes, pots, and pans. Support chefs in cooking tasks as required, demonstrating a willingness to learn culinary skills. Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use. Help with the delivery of food items to the dining area or service stations as needed. Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen is advantageous . A keen interest in culinary arts and hospitality is highly desirable. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation and cooking techniques. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
