The Original Rosslyn Inn is a family run business and has been since 1973.

The opening we have is in our Kitchen.

The role grows with you. You will start with training and working towards safe operation of equipment and the cleaning and storage of crockery and cutlery. The role would support the chefs during service, do daily checks, complete checklists and cleaning rotas. The main goal for every team member is to contribute positively.

Our kitchen work to a rota that can include time of at the weekend but is contracted to 1-5 days from 7 depending on availability. Our opening hours are 7am - 11pm but shifts vary and usually start at 12pm or 5pm. A normal working day is around 4 - 8 hours depending on day. We provide food for breaks to those team members working a full day. Experience is not essential but is a bonus. We believe in people and our culture first and our systems and process can be trained and taught to the right candidate.

As you develop you will journey through all the different areas of the kitchen. Everyone moves at different speeds and can excel in different areas. We have the crockery and cutlery, Desserts, Salads, food preparation including cleaning rotas.
